About The Artist

I have lived in Devon for most of my life and now work from my purpose built studio that is nestled in the beautiful East Devon countryside. I find endless inspiration in the natural world around me and love to watch deer in my garden and cows and sheep looking over the hedge. Animals, landscapes and the ever changing light of nature fuel my creative energy.

I paint daily and prolifically, driven by an intuitive love of colour and a desire to express joy through my work.

My paintings are not always about realism but about emotion, atmosphere and feelings, whether I’m capturing the spirit of an animal or the soul of a landscape. I paint with a whimsical, expressive hand, letting colour lead the way each brushstroke is a celebration of life, nature and intuition.

I work in watercolour, acrylic, oils and mixed media and am always experimenting, moving freely between landscapes, animals and abstracts. Colour is central to everything I create, vibrant, layered and alive and I feel that no matter what the subject or medium is, you can always tell who the artist is!

My artwork is for sale please contact me for details, I would love to hear from you.

The Studio

The creative process unfolds in a light-filled studio space where inspiration meets technique. Each artwork begins as an emotion or concept that gradually takes form through layered brushstrokes and mindful composition.

Materials are carefully selected to express the intended feeling of each piece, from rich oil paints that create depth and luminosity to mixed media elements that add texture and dimension.
